Service Restoration Policies
Response to your Residential & Commercial service needs in a timely fashion.
(Service Request must be received by GNW before 12:00PM Monday-Friday).
 
Never pay for failed hardware!
In the event of hardware failure you don't have to pay to buy new hardware when used in accordance with the GNW Acceptable use policy
 

Clients right to FREE service
Providing the CPE has not been modified or damaged from actions that are defined by the GNW Acceptable Use Policy as beyond normal operating conditions, your service will be restored FREE of charge.

Residential Service Restoration Policy
Should your residential Wireless Broadband service fail and you submit an online Service Request or call into the office for service before 12:00PM Monday-Friday your service will be restored within a 24 hour period of time.

Commercial Service Restoration Policy
Should your commercial Wireless Broadband service fail and you submit an online Service Request or call into the office for service before 12:00PM Monday-Friday your service will be responded to immediately and in most cases service would be restored within a 4 period of time.

Excludes the following conditions:
Repair, replacement, of your CPE requiring special order of components.
Service restoration to any non-GNW CPE related hardware.
ALL events ocurring within the Verizon Business network which are beyond GNW's control.
Extreme weather conditions which prevents the SAFE access to Infrastructure hardware or client hardware.

Clients should expect to pay a minimum $75 service charge PLUS any labor at $25 hourly for non-GNW related services.
