No information is shared or distributed amongst Government, companys wishing to market, people, etc. The only time information will be disclosed must be by courts-order and will be fully validated prior to dsitributing requested information to anyone agency requesting your personal data. In ALL events that information is requested GigaNet Wireless will notify you in advance of that data being shared by court-order.
We bill by Email and also by U.S.P.S postal services.
Payment for services are due on the same day of each succeeding month that your system was originally installed on.
Preferred payment method
We accept Personal Check, Money Orders or Cash as payment for your system installation in addition to monthly service fee(s).
If you choose to pay by check we will verify/validate your check with your D.O.B., Ca. Drivers License Number, Phone Number & Address prior to your installation being initiated.
If your payment method fails
GNW will charge your account an additional $10.00 to that months billing cycle. Bounced check fee is $25.00 per occurrence.
